PREMIUM CANTILEVER ROLLERS
Our Premium Rollers are made specifically for high use automated gates and for
cantilever gates that require a smoother slide.
They can replace the standard import rollers on existing automated gates as they
have the same offset distance.
The upgraded features of the Phoenix Fence Premium Rollers are:
- Automotive grade tapered greaseable bearings with synthetic low
temperature grease.
- Substantially heavier base, shaft holder and roller.
- Tighter fit shaft into the base.
- Rollers are cast, then are machined smooth and true before galvanizing to
ensure a smooth finish and gate slide.
- Premium rollers are up to 2.5 lbs. heavier than the standard rollers.

TANDEM CANTILEVER ROLLERS
Designed for use on extremely large gates. Phoenix Fence now manufactures single
slide cantilever gates up to 50’ single and 100’ double slide with the use of these
tandem rollers. We have manufactured and installed several of these size gates
including our own gate at our shop that has been our test gate since 2012.
